Pugs & Crows "We Must Befriend The Ice Queen" (video)

Vancouver's Pugs & Crows (Cole Schmidt - guitar, Meredith Bates - violin, Ben Brown - drums, Russell Sholberg - bass, and Catherine Toren - piano) are set to release their sophomore album in June, we've got an advanced sneak peak at some of the new material. We caught up with the Pugs & Crows for An Afternoon at The Zoo at Vancouver's Kozmik Zoo. The first track the band played was "We Must Befriend The Ice Queen" and is posted above. We had a great time capturing two tracks with the band as well as a little interview. Catch the Pugs & Crows at Vancouver's Jazz Festival where they are opening for guitar legend Bill Frisell (June 22 at the Vogue).
