Pure X, "Twisted Mirror"
Texas trio Pure X are set to release their debut full length on July 5th via Acéphale. Last week they released the first single off the upcoming album Pleasure titled "Twisted Mirror". The track is a warmer, hazier, brand of lo-fi full of tarnished, golden melodies. Unfortunately their scheduled show in Vancouver was cancelled due to the illness of headliners This Will Destroy You but the good people at The Waldorf Hotel were able to set them (and Sleep∞Over) up for a show the next night. Enjoy "Twisted Mirror" until the release of Pleasure and hopefully another live date in Vancouver soon.
